Elaine Morrato, DrPH, MPH, CPH, serves on ITM leadership committees and oversees ITM operations at Loyola University Chicago, connecting its researchers with ITM funding, education, and collaborative opportunities to help advance their work. She is the founding Dean of the Parkinson School of Health Sciences and Public Health.
Trained as an epidemiologist at Johns Hopkins University, Morrato is board-certified in public health, and has worked in product development and marketing at Procter & Gamble.
Over the past decade, she has contributed to federal policies and advised the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on safe drug research. Morrato has been a visiting scientist for the FDA Center for Drug Evaluation and Research Office of Surveillance and Epidemiology since 2018.
