The University of Chicago Magazine recently featured Funmi Olopade, MD, FACP and an ITM investigator, in an article about her work to help women with breast cancer throughout the world.

“I know that we can save many more women from dying from breast cancer,” Olopade said in the article. “The drugs are there, the women are out there…what I’m really trying to do is to prevent any woman from dying from breast cancer if I can help it.”
