Adapt Your Research on Drug Use to Tackle COVID-19

COVID-19 impacts certain populations differently, like those with substance use disorders, HIV, or people who are in prison. Could your research on drug abuse disorders help answer the many questions surrounding COVID-19? The ITM’s parent organization, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), is asking researchers with active projects funded by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), to revise their research and help us learn how COVID-19 impacts individuals suffering from substance use disorders.
