Institute for Translational Medicine (ITM) researchers can now take advantage of a funding opportunity from Chicago Chronic Condition Equity Network (C3EN). C3EN is accepting applications for Research Project Pilot Grants focused on targeting health disparities in chronic conditions. Up to six projects will be awarded up to $60,000. Additionally, awardees will receive mentorship, access to the research infrastructures at both UChicago and Rush, and ongoing methodological and biostatistical consultation.
Both early-stage and more experienced researchers from all six ITM institutions are eligible to apply. Projects featuring a strong community partnership will be prioritized.
Applications are due on October 1, 2024, by 5:00 PM.
